The WorkplaceDynamics LLC (“WDL”) Privacy Policy set forth below governs information we collect from visitors to www.topworkplaces.com while on our site.  You should note that the Policy applies only to information collected from non-clients who supply information to us as part of a request to obtain materials from us or information about us.  Should you decide to participate in a "Top Workplaces" program or otherwise become a client of WDL, your relationship with us would be governed by contract and all information exchanged would be covered under separate written agreement that contains various confidentiality protections in place for our mutual benefit.

Does WDL allow users under the age of 18?

No. We believe that it is especially important to protect minor's privacy on line and encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to participate and monitor their Internet activity. WDL will not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 18 without the written permission from a parent or guardian. The parent of a child under 18 can review and have deleted their child's account.
